It's true, vegetarianism is all the rage right now. Increasingly, more and more people are deciding to ditch the meat and switch over to a veggie filled diet and, with new evidence that supports vegetarianism continuously being released, it's pretty clear to see why. With suggestions that a meat-free diet is better for the environment, better for our bodies and better for the animals, it makes sense to try it out, right?! In honour of Vegetarian Week 2017, we've compiled a list of 5 vegetarian dishes that will help you give veggie a go!
#1 Baja Burrito
Super healthy and super tasty, this Baja Burrito contains a mix of quinoa, avocado, red onion, cilantro, green onions, cabbage, salsa and zesty pico de gallo. Include tofu or falafel if you want to make it extra filling and don't forget to add on your favourite sauce!

#2 The Quinoa Burger
Got a burger craving? This quinoa patty comes topped with Classic's house sauce, iceberg lettuce, juicy tomatoes and homemade pickles. You can also add on extra grilled peppers or grilled red onion if you fancy it. Love cheese? Go crazy with your choice of cheese toppings and opt for as many as four different varieties on the same burger!
#3 Penne Arrabiata
Make it Italian with this fresh and fiery tomato pasta that's topped with basil, bella lodi, spicy scotch bonnets and a splash of extra virgin olive oil. Just remember, the Italian word 'arrabiata' translates to 'angry' in English, so make sure you have a drink on hand. Don't say we didn't warn you!

#4 Morning Glory
Get your fill of greens with this stir-fried bean and garlic dish. Amazingly aromatic, wholesome and healthy, this delectable dish tastes just as good as it looks. Choose from 'mild', 'spicy' or, if you're feeling extra brave, 'Thai spicy'!
#5 Paneer Khurchan
Ever tried Paneer before? This Indian cheese has a moderately firm texture and the ability to soak up tonnes of fabulous flavours, making it a great substitute for meat! Combined with peppers and thick masala seasoning, this veggie dish is certainly not short on flavour.
