Rashi Chowdhary is a nutritionist and weight loss expert with a nutrition degree.  She's a certified diabetic educator and with a Dubai Health Authority license for her practice.  Rashi has always been a conscious eater who advocates nutritious food and an active lifestyle instead of drastic short cuts to get results.

People have different goals behind eating clean.  You could decide to quit junk food and stick to eating whole foods like grains, lentils, fruits, vegetables and nuts, or you could eat relatively healthy with the occasional cheat meal.  Everyone has a unique metabolism, and you need to figure out what strategy works best for your body.  If you've got digestive issues, stubborn weight around your midrif, low energy levels, disturbed sleep and binge eating tendencies, a 7 day detox would do you good!   A body cleanse can help ensure a healthy appetite and balanced thyroid hormones which help stabilize your metabolism and mood.
