Of all the resolutions people make at New Year, eating more healthily is always up there. Yet it's often only a few weeks before that resolution starts to slip. As summer starts, though, see it as a second bite at the cherry - another opportunity to turn over a new leaf and start eating more wholesome and healthy food. 1. A healthy start to the day
