These guys are balancing the healthy with the flavourful, serving up light versions of all things shawarma. They pack their platters and pitas with the freshest spit-roasted chicken or beef, subbing in the crispest salads and crunchy vegetables too. The light tahini and garlic sauce topping are still creamy and just as indulgent.

In this nutty, grainy salad you'll find fresh garden vegetables, raisins and capers, met with extra virgin olive oil and white balsamic vinegar. It's topped with toasted mixed seeds and fresh pomegranate seeds for a splash of colour.
But their Lite dishes really steal the show. You'll find all your favourites here, served up with a side of virtuousness.
